The reason CATALYST exists. A hosted, closed exchange built to turn a legal obligation into a signed contract - between a European buyer who must comply and an African supplier who can prove they qualify.
We do not sell seats into The Corridor. We qualify buyers and admit suppliers - because the verified obligated buyer is the scarce asset everyone is here to meet.

Pre-qualified obligated buyers are hosted to the floor and pre-matched to verified supply.

ESPR in force.
The EU Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation entered into force on 18 July 2024, making Digital Product Passports mandatory across product categories in scope.

The Registry is live.
The EU's central Digital Product Passport Registry reached its operational launch milestone on 19 July 2026 — every European company now has a live system and an unfinished set of rules.

The standards.
CEN-CENELEC's Joint Technical Committee 24 has developed the first series of eight European standards for the Digital Product Passport framework.

Europe's market.
The EU Circular Economy Act, due for adoption in 2026, is explicitly intended to create a single market for secondary raw materials and to double the EU circular material use rate to around 24% by 2030, from 12.2% in 2024.
